BenchK 700BW Series 7

The BenchK 700BW is the Series 7 ladder on its own: a powder-coated steel frame with nine oval solid beech rungs, 94.5″ tall and 26.4″ wide (240 × 67 cm), in matte black or white. With no fixed bar at the top, it reads as furniture as much as equipment, and it covers hanging, stretching, spine flexion and extension, joint mobility, and rehabilitation-style exercises out of the box. At 44 lb (20 kg) it is the lightest unit in the BenchK range we carry.

It is also the starting point of a modular system: BenchK’s Series 7 add-ons, including an adjustable or fixed 6-grip pull-up bar, a dip bar that doubles as a barbell holder, a workout bench, gymnastic rings, and a climbing rope with swing, attach later as your training grows, in about one square meter of floor space. Mounting is wall-only: masonry at least 4.7″ (12 cm) thick takes the BenchK PS12 anchor set, stud walls take the WHB/W+S8 holders, and the minimum installation height is 98.4″ (250 cm). User capacity is 330 lb (150 kg). If you already know you want a pull-up bar, the 731BW ships with it.
