BenchK 731BW Series 7

The BenchK 731BW is the Series 7 ladder paired with the adjustable PB3B pull-up bar. The bar hooks onto any of the nine solid beech rungs through felt-lined hooks, so each user sets their own height and the wood stays unmarked; flipped 90 degrees, it becomes a barbell rest rated for 440 lb (200 kg). The ladder is 94.5″ tall and 26.4″ wide (240 × 67 cm), powder-coated steel in matte black or white, and the whole set weighs 68 lb (31 kg).

User capacity is 330 lb (150 kg). Mounting is wall-only with a minimum ceiling height of 98.4″ (250 cm), plus 8 to 10″ (20 to 25 cm) of clearance above the bar wherever you position it for pull-ups. Masonry at least 4.7″ (12 cm) thick takes the BenchK PS12 anchor set; stud walls take the WHB/W+S8 holders. Buyers who want a permanently fixed top bar, or floor-to-ceiling mounting without drilling, should look at the Series 2 and Series 5 sets instead.
