BenchK 223BW Series 2

The BenchK 223BW is the most complete Series 2 set built around the fixed pull-up bar: wall bars, a steel 6-grip pull-up bar mounted permanently at the top, a height-adjustable dip bar with back support, and a reversible workout bench. The ladder measures 90.5″ H × 26.4″ W (230 × 67 cm), with eight oval solid beech rungs in a powder-coated steel frame, in matte black or white. From this one strip of wall you can train pulls, dips, abdominal work, presses, stretching, and mobility.

Rated user capacity is 330 lb (150 kg) and the assembled set weighs 121 lb (55 kg). Installation is wall-only, on masonry at least 4.7″ (12 cm) thick with the PS8 anchor set, or on stud walls with the WHB/W+S8 holders. Ceilings should be at least 94.5″ (240 cm), with 8 to 10″ (20 to 25 cm) of clearance above the bar for pull-ups. If you train with a barbell, the 233B adds a convertible bar that doubles as a barbell holder.
